Welcome to Cold Spring Anglers! We're Herb & Kathy Weigl, owners of Cold Spring Anglers and, more often than not, the people who answer when you call in your order. Kathy answers the e-mail. Herb writes daily stream reports for the Yellow Breeches Creek, the Letort Spring Run, the Big Spring Creek, and the Susquehanna River. He also does bi-weekly stream reports for the Green Spring near Newville and Clarks Creek north of Harrisburg. Our 3,800 square foot store on Carlisle's main east-west street is in a renovated Civil War-era factory. We retained the original brick walls and character of the building, including a 24-ft. ceiling in the main display area. We're only a mile from I-81 exits 48 & 49, less than a mile from the Catch-and-Release section of the LeTort, and five miles from the Catch-and-Release area on Yellow Breeches Creek. The products we stock offer value at a fair price, including fly rods by Winston and Sage; reels by Ross, Sage and Waterworks Lamson; fly lines by Cortland, Scientific Anglers, Rio, and Wulff; waders and wading gear by Simms; rotary vises from Renzetti, and a large selection of Tiemco hooks.
